ARMS/LEGS ASLEEP

Loss of feeling in the arms or legs (paraesthesia) can be caused by pressure on muscles, which temporarily cuts off the blood supply. It also can be progressive due to peripheral circulatory problems where the sensory nerves in the extremities do not receive enough blood. Some people who have handled toxic solvents, paints, cleaners, pesticides, or herbicides experience extremity paraesthesia soon after.

*Use Pain-A-Trate on any tender muscles in your neck and upper back. If you are susceptible to paraesthesia, do not try to sleep in a moving vehicle without an inflatable cushion behind your neck. Trade legs often when holding someone on your lap. Be checked by a doctor or chiropractor when you have any kind of traumatic accident to your neck or back. Always have adequate ventilation when using volatile solvents or paint. Remember, at first your nose will alert you to the danger. If unheeded the signal will diminish until you "get used to it." Use only environmentalIy safe sprays.

ProVex and/or ProVex-Plus should be taken daily. Take the Vitality Pack with Oligofructose Complex and CellWise as directed, to offset the destruction of nutrients by these toxic substances in your liver. Take FiberWise drink or bars to carry the substances out of your digestive tract quickly. Drink extra water, Melaleuca Herbal Tea and Sustain Sport to maintain blood sugar during environmentally stressful times. Exercise after an exposure to harsh volatile chemicals to flush the lungs. Sweat from exercise or in a sauna or steam bath to wash out as many toxins as possible. If symptoms persist longer than 24 hours, see your health care provider if you haven't already.
