HAY FEVER

Hay fever is one of the most commonly seen conditions. It is seasonal symptoms of tree, weed, and grass pollen hypersensitivity. Symptoms include runny, red, and itching eyes and a runny, stopped-up nose . When possible, avoid exposure to the pollens to which you are allergic. Due to cross-sensitivity, food allergies may reinforce pollen allergies. For example, eating wheat may aggravate a wheat pollen allergy. In that case, avoid eating wheat, oats, rye and barley from May until August.

    * The flavonoids in ProVex have been shown to have an antiihistamine action as well as anti-allergic action, so take ProVex and/or ProVex-Plus at the rate of one capsule for every 25 pounds of body weight daily. This should be in addition to your daily ProvexCV intake. Each night before retiring, swab each nostril of your nose with a cotton swab containing Renew Intensive Skin Therapy. This will reduce the accuumulated pollen from the day and moisten dry mucous membranes. Take the Vitality Pack with Oligofructose Complex as directed to boost your immune system. Drink 2 to 4 cups of Melaleuca Herbal Tea each day.
A cold mist humidifier with 1/2 capful of Sol-U-Mel will have an almost immediate affect on breathing and coughing due to allergies and hay fever. During allergy and hay fever season, it is advisable to use it at night in the bedroom of the person who is affected. Some use as much as two capfuls of Sol-U-Mel combined with 10 drops of T36-C5 in the humidifier.
