SNEEZING

   Irritations in the nasal pharynx stimulate local histamine production that increases mucous secretion and triggers the central nervous response to expel the irritant. Food or chemical allergies, sensitivities such as hay fever, and viral infections provoke this response. A sneeze is the most efficient way to spread viruses and bacteria to your family, workmates, and friends. The velocity of air and atomized mucous exiting the nose and mouth approaches the speed of sound! Studies show that particles can be projected up to 20 feet across a room from a sneeze.     * Take the Vitality Pack with Oligofructose Complex, CellWise, ProVex and/or ProVex-Plus as directed. A therapeutic dose of ProVex (l capsule for every 25 pounds of body weight per day) may be helpful. Drink 2 to 4 cups of Melaleuca Herbal Tea each day. Launder handkerchiefs with MelaPower Laundry Detergent and rinse in a solution of 1 oz of Sol-U-Mel per gallon of rinse water. Air dry.
